- Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States of America. We currently do not ship to international locations.
- All online orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.
- Note that each address that you specify is considered a separate order for shipping purposes and may incur applicable shipping charges.
- Deliveries are made on business days (Monday – Friday), excluding major holidays. Please choose the option that best suits you during checkout. Each option has been described in further detail below for your convenience.
U.S. POSTAL SERVICE
- Most orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are delivered within 7-10 business days depending on the destination.
- Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are usually delivered within 7-14 business days.
UPS GROUND
- Most orders shipped via UPS Ground service are delivered within 7-10 business days depending on the destination.
- Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for UPS Ground service.
UPS 3 DAY SELECT
- 3 Day Select orders placed before 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time from Monday thru Friday for items in stock are usually processed and shipped on the same day (orders placed on a holiday usually ship on the next business day).
- 3 Day Select orders placed after 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time for items in stock are usually processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Most orders shipped via 3 Day Select service are delivered within 3-4 business days.
- Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 3 Day Select service.
- Occasionally, some orders may be cancelled for one or more of the following reasons:
- The carrier is unable to ship to the desired location(s)
- Payment information cannot be processed
You will receive an email notification upon cancellation of your order explaining the reason for cancellation. Please reorder the item on our website after making the necessary changes.

- 1. Please fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send it along with the original invoice (be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records).

- Damaged Items
- 1. Please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment beyond normal wear and tear.
2. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send it along with the original invoice (be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records).
3. Please send all returns via the U.S. Postal Service to the address below (do not send the return by UPS, FEDEX or any express carrier).

5. If the item(s) is determined to be damaged, we will exchange the product or refund all charges, including shipping and handling, to your credit card (depending on the option you selected on the return form).
