5 Minute Foot Massage

 

Let the energy in your finger tips and the rich botanicals revitalize your feet and you. Works wonders before bedtime.

 

Start with clean dry feet. Take some ORNA Foot Revitalizer on your fingers, enough to cover the area of massage. Massage one foot at a time, 5 minutes on each foot. Guide yourself with these steps below or Download directions. PDF

 

 


 

Step 1 - Ankle

 

Energy Centers: Just below the bony protuberance on the inside and outside ankle (two centers)

 

Type of Pressure and Motion: Gentle circular motion around your ankle and particularly at the energy centers.

 

Duration: 1 minute, then move onto Step 2

Step 2 - Heel

Energy Centers: Center of Heel and upper heel (edges)

 

Type of Pressure and Motion: Strong circular motion from the center of the heel to the edges. Press strongly with the fingers on the upper heel (edges).

 

Duration: 1 minute, then move onto Step 3

Step 3 - Sole & Arch

Type of Pressure and Motion: Strong circular motion in the center of the sole. Strong circular motion along the arch.

 

Duration: 1 minute, then move onto Step 4

Step 4 - Ball & Upper Sole

 

Energy Centers: Ball of the foot

 

Type of Pressure and Motion: Strong circular motion on the ball of the foot.

 

Duration: 1 minute, then move onto Step 5

Step 5 - Top & Bewteen Toes

Energy Centers: Areas between the toes


Type of Pressure and Motion: Use your palm to massage
the top of your feet towards the toes gently. Press firmly with your fingertips in between the toes. Then interlock your fingers in between the toes to form a clasp – gently pull your toes towards you and push your toes away from you.


Duration: 1 minute, then the massage is complete.

Foot Notes: When massaging in a circular motion, always massage clockwise.
While massaging try not to break the movement of your fingers from one step to the other. Don’t worry - it will slowly become effortless as you do it everyday.
